Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans. In August, 1897, [Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi] writes that he has performed this transaction on behalf of his wife, Bibi Saltanat Khanum. Settlement of Raziyah Sultan Khanum and Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, 1924
On October 6 and November 5, 1924, Bibi Raziyah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi and the wife of Shaykh Zia’ al-Din ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah, settled a property near the Baghshah in Shiraz with Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, the son of Muhammad Karim the merchant from Shiraz known as Rukni, for one hundred and sixty tumans. For the first contract ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah was also present and testified.

The properties of Asiyah Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Shaykh Abu Turab (Imam Jum‘ah of Fars) and the wife of the late Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, which she inherited from her father, were divided after her death: Kayvan Sultan, her daughter, received one share and her son, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Hasan Safih [the imbecile] two shares.
